Hello Loves,

If you have been around for a while, then you will have seen my YouTube videos and know how much I struggle with my hair.

My hair hates to grow, it grows to this odd annoying shoulder length and then STOPS!! Which equals me getting frustrated and grabbing the scissors… and so the story starts again.

I used Viviscal years ago, when it was only available in the US. Whenever I would travel across the border (which was very often) I would run straight to CVS and stock up on this magical little pill. I used it for about a year and found not only great growth but healthier hair and nails! Unfortunately, I stopped using Viviscal due to the restrictions of getting the product.

However Viviscal is now available in Canada, and to my delight I was recently sent a six month supply! This time I am going to take you on my Viviscal hair journey, documenting my growth, feelings and overall experience every three months.

This is month one!

Some things I know to expect:

  • My hair will not grow like crazy in the first month
  • I have to stick to the recommended dosage like it’s my religion. Two tablets a day, one in the morning, one in the evening with meals.
  • I might break out for a couple of weeks while my body gets used to the tablets.

      Yeah I think it really will, I have had quite a few girlfriends use it for this same issue… and it worked on them. You just need to give it time

    and i do need this for my nails. my nails have the same issue as your hair haha
    my nails not only stop growing at a certain length but also they are so soft that it is way so easy to break:(

    I have the same problem with my hair! They just don’t want to grow 🙁 Hope this will help you, and I can’t wait to see the results. I’m not even gonna bother looking up if this is available in my country, because it’s probabbly not =/
