Lunch in ‘France’

Hey Loves!

After a fun filled weekend, I decided to take some time out in Toronto with my good friend from France… Justine.

Being Justine’s first time in Canada, and given her French heritage we decided to have lunch at Colette Grand Cafe.

Colette Grand Cafe is this perfect little French restaurant, located on Wellington St W. The decor of the cafe is absolutely stunning and the food is to die for… Justine approved.

 I enjoyed the ‘Soupe Auc Champignons’, this is a delicious soup full of potatoes, leeks, pickled wild mushrooms, tarragon, enoki and truffle. I watered this down with a delicious Sloane ‘Rouge Provence’ tea which is a blend of red rooibos and french floral.

After our delightful lunch we decided to take a walk on Wellington St to get a closer look at the CN Tower… of course this also resulted in a mini photo session.
