Hello Loves!
I have been MIA recently. If you have seen my last post you know why. I recently took a VERY last minute trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico to start planning my WEDDING!!! (Eeek … I know)
My fiancé Sameer and I, had fallen in love with the Karisma resort Azul Fives. Being as I am, I had to check out the location before I get married (I will never be an easy going bride… plus bonus holiday!). We were accompanied by my Mum (Rachel)… to make sure we checked off our job list (knowing Sameer and I, we would have forgotten about the wedding and slept on the beach for 5 days).
We were greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff, the best I’ve come across. All Azul staff members went above and beyond to meet our demands.
After a few drinks, and a bite to eat at one of the many Azul Fives award winning restaurants, Orilia Beach Club Grill, we were driven to our room by golf cart.
A room I thought it might be… turns out it was one of the most beautiful two bedroom suites a girl could ask for.

I had died and gone to heaven. Azul Fives elegance is translated throughout the whole resort… from its decor to food to public bathrooms… it’s like you have stepped into a celebrity only retreat. Without the humongous price tag (score!).

Salt is made from tequila worms (actually was really good)

Azul Fives also boasts: Private concierge, fitness center, spa, spanish lessons, dancing, yoga and many more…
I would like to thank Azul Fives and their amazing staff especially my wedding planner (Aya!), for all their devoted help, and making all my dreams come true…
