Time-Out

Hello Loves,

I hope you all had a fabulous holiday…. and HAPPY 2017!!!

I am happy to say I’m back from a rather spontaneous and much needed 3 weeks off. I really didn’t plan to stop blogging or Instagramming, but I needed/wanted to get back to reality. Christmas seemed like the most perfect time to do so, with La Familia in town, I was able to focus on what was important.

I got lost along the way, but with a new year brings change…I plan to change the way I handle this whole ‘blogging’ career. I need to try and make this more of a 9-5 than a 24/7 situation. It is important to remember the whole point of this thing, it’s called life… and to have one!

So no matter what your job is stay focused on what is important to you.

Gorgeous outfit! Yes, we need to disconnect sometimes to stay in touch with reality and just think about our life. Glad you had a lovely vacation.

Your outfit is fab always, btw. 🙂

Happy New Year! I totally agree with you. It truly feels like a 24/7 job sometimes and it gets to be overwhelming and we start looking track on reality. I really should take your lead and try to limit this to a specific time frame.

Loving the outfit babe! It’s so easy to lose touch with reality when we focus too much on our end goal. And it’s always such a nice feeling to be able to relax and get ourselves away from social media once in awhile. Glad you’re back, beauty! <3

I must say that I love everything about this look! The sweater is my favorite piece though! And I adore your bag!

P.S. I totally agree with you…the point of life is to live it, really…and not to live through our IG accounts.

Happy new year !! I took some time off too. Do you find it difficult to get going again ? I feel like I need my momentum back again.

Sometimes we do need to take that time out to refresh and start again. It helps to give us perspective after looking at something for so long. And you came back strong and with a great look!

Happy New Year, girl! I definitely get what you mean about social being a lot, it can certainly be overwhelming and can easily end up consuming your entire life. So, when feeling overtaken, it’s great to take a break to reflect and determine what’s best to do moving forward; I’m glad you figured out what works for you! As for your outfit, I love everything about it! Those jeans are so cool and I adore that bag! Thanks so much for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!

Fabulous look! You’re right, sometimes it feels good to take a break from social media. I did too… it wasn’t planned but it happened and all is good, if not better. Have a great 2017!

Girl you look amazing in this! You know I love a black and white outfit, and all the details on this really make it stand out. lad you got to take a break. I think 9-5 sounds like a good idea. Blogging really becaomes 24/7 so easily.

I am not a vegetarian but sometimes I am just to fed up with meat and I want to have something fresh? Cute cafe serving wide range of good food is the perfect choice here! I basically check out all cute vegetarian friendly cafe when I was in Bali also! High five!
