Hello Loves!
My love for the Bench brand all started when Bench opened their first store in Leeds City Center (my hometown), I must have been about 12 at the time. My best friend Laura and I jumped on the bus and headed into Town to check it out, after first sight we quickly became obsessed.
I did everything I could to make money… washed my parents car, babysat my annoying younger brothers, and even cleaned the toilets!! All to go back to Bench to buy something, anything! After about a couple weeks worth of ‘hard labour’ with money in hand I proudly trotted back down to the Bench store, determined to find the ‘it’ jacket.
I actually still have the ‘it’ jacket hanging in my closet. My first Bench item was a knee length zip up ‘dirty’ green jacket with Bench written on the back collar… I loved it! I still love it! It’s a piece of clothing that’s so silly to say but holds so many memories, I will NEVER get rid of it.
So when my new years resolution was to get my BOOTAY in shape, the first thing I had to do was go shopping for some cute gym outfits, you know for motivation! Bench was on the top of my list, so I raced to Bench Vaughan Mills location. I immediately found the most perfect workout outfit (that I have worn to the mall, grocery store, work… oh yeah and the gym lol), that’s especially perfect for these winter months as it is quite surprisingly warm!

i love workout clothes. gives me more motivation to get fit and i think my fave pieces in terms of workout gear are bralettes and a very good pair of high waisted leggings. they’re the best.

I’ve never tried any of their products as I’m in Portugal and hadn’t even heard of them, but I’m in love with that jumper (And the leggings too. Basically just everything).
I have alot of things I can’t part with, but mostly some gym shorts I bought at OYSHO. They’re so comfortable to wear when you’re working out, and they have seceral layers that protect you as well. I know I won’t be throwing them out anytime soon.
